Padana Chemical Compounds LLC company was founded on 1999 by Italian Capital. The production plant is located in Ivano-Frankovsk, Ukraine. Main activity at Padana Chemical Compounds is preparation and granulation of PVC compounds covering various applications. As a result of our ongoing and consistent policy on new investments, the installation of high-performance production lines delivered by Italian manufacturers, with the effective work by our R&D Laboratory on development of new PVC compounds and implementation of Quality Control applied to incoming raw materials and finished products, our company annually significantly improves the technical level of our products and increases the production capacity and output. Over the years, PCC becomes a leading company in Ukraine for the production of a wide range of plasticized and rigid PVC compounds under the trademark DANVIL®. The exported volume of PVC compounds is considerably increased.

Foundation of Padana Chemical, starting production of polymer additives like “hindered phenolic antioxidant” 1010 types.
Installation of the first production line with preparation (mixing unit) and granulation of PVC compounds in granules physical form for various applications with production capacity of 5000 Tons/Year.
Installation of second production line increasing the capacity up to 10000 Tons/Year. Thanks to development of new PVC formulations, Padana Chemicals Compounds started to supply its PVC granules for new markets.
Revamping of existing production lines and installation of new production line technologically advanced, with dedicated mixing and granulations lines for transparent and pigmented PVC compounds. This choice permitted a further increase of production capacity up to 15000 Tons/Year starting new projects with strong R&D activities with aim to approach new markets.
New investments at PCC plant, company innovation and installation of very modern mixing and granulation lines dedicated to production of PVC plasticized compounds for “food contact” and “medical” applications. The production capacity has been furthermore increased with total production volume of 22000 Tons/ Year.
Strong investment for R&D Laboratories, with installation of new and sophisticated equipment for development of high-tech PVC compounds.

All raw materials in use as well as our compounds, allows to meet the requirements of Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union No. 1907/2006 / EC of 18.12.2006 “Registration, Evaluation and Authorization of Chemicals” REACh.
